Insurance:
Services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my plan reimburse for out of network providers
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Hours:
Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Evening hours may be available by special appointment
Telephone hours 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours advanced notification if you need to cancel a session. For cancellation of less than 24 hours’ notice or for NO SHOWs you may be charged up to the cost of a session.
